A King of Kings - Shah (around Persian: شاه), from a Old Persian or Aryan word khshathra-pava ("king"), popularly referred to as "satrap" by the Greeks, is the Persian term for a monarch and used per previous rulers of Persia as well as a rulers of the Persian Empire. A title about translates when Emperor in English as a monarch of Persia was technically a Emperor of a Persian Empire (late the Empire of Iran when Iran was officially known until 1935).
